The system automatically retrieves information from the client’s profile and session notes—including collected data, environmental changes, demographic details, and protocol modifications—and keeps it dynamically updated. STO progress is seamlessly integrated, with graphs and mastery data included. Users can edit any prepopulated fields as needed to reflect updated clinical judgment or evolving client needs.

Customizable report sections

Clinicians can easily customize treatment plan templates by adding, removing, or reordering sections. Whether it’s an initial assessment or a reassessment, therapists can document key areas like Program Progress, Communication with Other Providers, and more. Sections support checkboxes for quick inputs as well as narrative fields, tables, graphs, and images. Easy to incorporate standardized assessments

Caregiver signature and access

Once the report is completed and signed by the BCBA, it can be submitted to the caregiver for electronic review and signature. Reports are made accessible via the Caregiver Portal, where families can securely view, download, and approve them. Once the report has been signed by both the caregiver and the BCBA, it can be exported as a PDF and sent to the payer for approval.
