Electronic Visit Verification
ABA Matrix makes EVV effortless by integrating directly with your schedule. With GPS-enabled clock-ins, offline support, and real-time validation checks, every visit is accurately recorded and fully compliant.

Integrated with the schedule
Integrated with the schedule
The EVV feature is integrated with the calendar, allowing users to complete EVV for any scheduled visit. The visit’s start and end times are automatically updated based on the clock-in and clock-out entries.
Geolocation support
Geolocation support
Clock-in and clock-out actions capture GPS coordinates, allowing users to view the exact locations directly from the calendar, oversight view, and EVV dashboard.
Offline support
Offline support
EVV can be completed even without internet access. Simply clock in and out, and the information will automatically sync to the system once a connection is restored.
EVV dashboard
EVV dashboard
The EVV dashboard provides a quick overview of all EVV visits, including their current status, scheduled times, and actual clock-in and clock-out times. Users can easily review and take action as needed. The EVV dashboard will only be accessible to office staff users.
EVV validation
EVV validation
ABA Matrix EVV includes several optional validation rules that practices can enable for added accuracy and compliance. These include:
- Geolocation validation: Clock-in and clock-out locations must be within a 0.5-mile radius of the scheduled service location.
- Start time validation: Visits must begin within two hours of the scheduled start time.
- Overlap validation: Once actual start and end times are recorded, the system checks to ensure the visit does not overlap with any other scheduled visit.
Also, users can configure the system to link validation errors to billing, ensuring that visits with unresolved validation issues are not billed.
